It is very important that you let me know the measurement from the bottom of your original cover,
up to the CENTER of the mounting hole. If you don't have the original cover, then measure from
the top of the string nut, to the CENTER of the mounting hole as ESP has changed styles and
measurements through the years.

“Flag” Headstock Style Truss Rod Cover Fitting Info.
Since many ESP/LTD Headstock do not come with the actual
Flag style covers, you will need to send me two measurements
in the image to the right.
Specifically the measurement from the bottom of the original
cover, up to the CENTER of the mounting hole. If you don't
have the original cover, the measurement from the top of
the string nut, up to the CENTER of the mounting hole. Then
from the lower edge of the tuner washer to the top of the
string nut.
Laminated Original Style Stepped "Bell"
These are no longer the beveled edge I used
to make. These are now the correct stepped
edge covers that was the original style bell
cover on the 80’s and 90’s ESPs.
