Jackson JT6 Bridge String Lock Screws!

Available now are these Replacement String Lock Screws for the Jackson JT6 Tremolos. These will use a smaller allen wrench that I will make available soon. Remember, the whole reason these have to be replaced is because everyone seems to want to over tighten this screw.  There is no need for that ;o)

As you can see in the pic below, while they do look different, they're not bad at all and have a nice black finish to match. I was going to start "kinking" the last thread near the wrench opening but thought some of you might actually like the fact that the fine tuner can turn right off. If you'd like this little feature, just give me a shout and let me know and I can do that for you so you don't lose your fine tuner on stage ;o)

Jackson/Charvel JT6 / Floyd Rose Posts These are for the early Jacksons and Charvels that came stock with the JT6 Tremolo. The pivot angles match the Original Floyd Rose so you'll get more "range" when diving. These are heat treated and then a black oxide is applied as a rust preventative. A light coat of oil is recommended.

Jackson / Charvel JT6 Floyd Tremolo Bushings now available! These are for the early Jackson's and Charvel's that came stock with the JT6 Tremolo. They are the correct original threads and are slightly oversized for a good press fit. NOTE* Please make sure your hole is not too small as not to crack the body when pressing these in. I can not be responsible for damage to the body. Please know what you're doing!

  Jackson / Charvel JT6 Floyd Tremolo Bushings Covers available!

These originally came on the earlier USA Models that had the JT6 tremolo installed to cover up the "sloppy" paint edge around the bushing hole. These were lightly pressed into the paint but would usually come lose and get lost if removing the trem for maintenance.

Washburn Fine Tuner Washers

This is a set of 6 Black Delrin Washers for the Washburn / Shift 2001 Tremolo.

These are the thin black washers that act as cushions for the fine tuners.

I was originally going to make the fine tuners for these but I've decided not to now as I just found out there are more than one type of threads used throughout the production of these. Unfortunately there's no easy way for the customer to decipher what threads they have on their particular unit so it would only be a guessing game.

This is too bad as there would have been quite a few people who could use these.

These are metric threaded locking screws and plates so Kahler parts will not fit these if you try to mix and match down the road.

Floyd, Schaller, and JT6 Tremolo Intonation Screws

A note on the JT6 Intonation screws.

There are 4 versions of these which are the length and head style.

The threaded portion of the screw had changed through production of these because Jackson changed the baseplate slot thickness for the recessed nut.

You have your choice of 2 lengths and 2 head styles of these screws so please make sure you check what you need or you can shoot me an email if you need help.

RM-Pro Tremolo Friction Collars

These are the perfect replacement for the Friction Collars that seem to grow feet and walk away.

These are black anodized aluminum and will fit the original  RM-Pro (with Pop-in Bar).

Notice, I've removed the RM Pro II (only!) from the list of tremolos that use this friction collar because apparently,

Yamaha had changed design through production on these.

If you'd like to take a shot at ordering one, feel free, but I can not guarantee that it will fit your RM Pro II Tremolo.

ESP Synclair Adapters !!

Ok, so I've been helped out by a few customers (thanks guys!) with some info on the other threaded collar type tremolo bar and unfortunately, I will not be manufacturing these bars as it's just too involved for how many requests I get for it.

But,I have made an adapter that will fit the threaded socket of the base plate, that will allow you to fit a modern Floyd type tremolo bar into it. Now I've machined these to fit a specific bar that I get from my supplier so it will match correctly. Not all of these modern Floyd type bars run the same size so you're gambling if you just want the adapter alone.

There are 2 wrench flats that will allow you to snug this into the base plate but there is no need to over tighten these.

These are hardened/heat treated steel for optimum wear.

These are great solid brass replacements for the brass jack plates as found on some of the older Charvels and Schecters.

The brass are not clear coated

This means that they will tarnish as it's brass, not gold plating.

They also fit Gibson Les Pauls perfectly as well.

These specific jackplates will come flat unless noted by you.
