I DO NOT SELL COMPLETE TREMOLO SYSTEMS!
NOTE: To all the
left handed
players out there.
I
can do lefty versions of every bar I make, so no worries about finding or paying
extra just because you're a lefty!
|
When ordering with a part number,
please add G
(Gold), GB
(Gold brushed) or SS
(stainless), SSB
(Stainless Steel brushed).
Stainless Steel brushed finish for all bars unless you specify
otherwise.
For example: If you'd like a
Kahler Pro bar in polished Stainless Steel to match chrome, the part
number would be: TB-Kpro-SS
Unfortunately
black is
not available on any of my bars (except for the Conversion bars below) as I don't have any black plating
capabilities.
Black paint won't hold up and
powder coating is too thick for the tolerancing of these bars.

**NOTE**
Black only for Lefties
Unfortunately these are NOT available
for left handers in Chrome or Gold as I do not make these bars, I
just modify the socket for the tremolo.
I can now offer a service that will allow
you to mount a modern Floyd Rose type tremolo bar with the friction
collar built in.
The only thing you have to do is remove
your old tremolo socket and replace it with the new one that I have modified to fit the hole where
your old socket went.

Tremolo Bar Conversions
If you're tired of looking for a bar for that
System 2 or 3, I can help by supplying a modern type Floyd bar that will
fit right in the existing hole in the tremolo base plate.
There are no modifications that you must make,
just unscrew the nuts that are holding in the existing socket and
replace it with this one.
These should actually work for the
Elite and Free Flyte
as well but have not tested those yet.

The
"Non-Collared" Washburn ( SHIFT ) Wonderbar Tremolo
I'm now making the tremolo bars for the "other" style model of these tremolos where they do NOT use the
friction collar,
as the bar just screws right in like a Strat. Example pic below.
TB-2001NC
$28.00

Sort of
some bad news.
I was
originally going to make the fine tuners for these but I've decided
not to now as I just found out there are more than one type of
threads used throughout the production of these. Unfortunately
there's no easy way for the customer to decipher what threads they
have on their particular unit so it would only be a guessing game.
This is too
bad as there would have been quite a few people who could use these.

ESP Tremolo Bars
Nice original style tremolo bars that
fit the original Logo'd ESP tremolos.
I've had some questions on this
trem as I'm hearing there are 2 different sockets for these.
These are made from
solid polished
or brushed stainless steel only.
Here's a closer pic of the type
of socket that I make the bars for:

TB-Sync
$28.00

Example of the ESP tremolo:

ESP Synclair Adapters !!
Ok, so I've been helped out by a few customers (thanks guys!)
with some info on the other threaded collar type tremolo bar and unfortunately,
I will not be manufacturing these bars as it's just too involved for how many
requests I get for it.
But,I have made an adapter that
will fit the threaded socket of the base plate, that will allow you to
fit a modern Floyd type tremolo bar into it. Now I've machined these to
fit a specific bar that I get from my supplier so it will match
correctly. Not all of these modern Floyd type bars run the same size so
you're gambling if you just want the adapter alone.
There are 2 wrench flats that
will allow you to snug this into the base plate but there is no need to
over tighten these.
These are hardened/heat treated
steel for optimum wear.
For both the adapter and tremolo bar, the price is
$40.00
For the adapter alone, it's $25.00
A reference picture of the adapter.
(yes, I know it's not the ESP bridge in the picture but
I had to send the original bridge back to the customer ;o))

Here are a couple of pics for reference of the tremolo that this adapter will
fit:

YAMAHA Tremolo Bars
Nice original style tremolo bars that
fit the original RM-Pro (with Pop-in Bar), RM-Pro II (with Pop-in Bar),
Vintage Pro (with Pop-in Bar), and *Rockin' Magic II
(Threaded Bar)* tremolos.
These are made from
solid polished
or brushed stainless steel or Brass.
A note about the brass bars.
They have a slight step that can
be seen in the pic below because these are a metric bar size
and I have yet to find a good
(dependable / reasonable) metric source for brass roundstock.
The step does not hurt a thing,
and is hardly even noticeable but I just wanted you to be aware of it.

| RM-Pro Tremolo Friction Collars
These are the perfect replacement for the
Friction Collars that seem to grow feet and walk away.
These are black anodized aluminum
and will fit the original RM-Pro
(with Pop-in Bar).
Notice, I've removed the RM Pro II (only!)
from the list of tremolos that use this friction collar because
apparently,
Yamaha had changed design through
production on these.
If you'd like to take a shot at ordering
one, feel free, but I can not guarantee that it will fit your RM Pro
II Tremolo.
