Hailing
from Atlanta Ga. Devane’s initial incarnation dates back to 1994 when
Guitarist/Vocalist T.C.S.
hooked up with longtime friend and Bassist
Gene Talbert. Both were tired with the direction that so-called
Hard
Rock was taking. Each bounced snippets of tunes that both had stored
which had not been right for
past bands that they had been part of.
Suddenly something very special was happening,
right before their eyes
the foundation for Devane had been laid.
